Welcome to fseverpetal.shop. All products of FSaeflower LLC (including preserved flower ornaments and DIY handmade small ornaments) can be shipped within the United States. For international orders, please contact our customer service for relevant information.

  1. Shipping standards
    All products are packaged and shipped in accordance with relevant laws and regulations to ensure that the products are not damaged during transportation. We follow domestic transportation standards in the United States and comply with relevant import and export regulations.
    Import and export standards: We ensure that all products meet US and international import and export standards, including product safety, health and environmental laws. For international transportation, it may be necessary to comply with the regulations of other countries/regions. Please contact the relevant department for specific requirements.
  2. Shipping methods
    We work with the following logistics and transportation partners to provide you with reliable delivery services:

    UPS (United Parcel Service)
    The shipping company will choose the most appropriate shipping method for you based on the size, weight and destination of the order.
  3. Shipping time
    Orders within the United States: Generally, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after processing. Estimated shipping time is 5-7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
    International Orders (if applicable): Shipping time varies depending on destination and customs processing time, usually between 1-2 weeks. Please note that international orders may encounter customs delays, which we cannot control.
  4. Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs will be calculated based on the volume, weight and destination of your order. The system will automatically display the shipping costs during checkout.   5. Shipping Notification
    Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation via email, including a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your order on the corresponding logistics company’s website.
  6. Package Damage and Loss
    If your package is damaged or lost during transportation, you need to contact us within 24 hours after receiving the package and provide relevant evidence (such as photos). We will assist you in handling related matters.
  7. Customer Responsibilities
    Please make sure to provide an accurate delivery address. You are responsible for package loss or delays caused by incorrect address information.
  8. Special circumstances
