RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Thank you for purchasing products from FSaeflower LLC (including preserved flower ornaments and DIY handmade ornaments). To ensure your satisfaction, we provide flexible return and exchange services. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our return and exchange policy.
- Return and Exchange Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee: We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. - Return Conditions
The product must be unused and in the original packaging with all accessories, instructions and labels.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for products that are not returned in accordance with the above conditions.
Please note that personalized products, DIY handmade supplies once opened, and used goods are not accepted for return or exchange. - Return and Exchange Application Process

Provide Order Information: When contacting us, please provide your order number and relevant product information to help us process your request quickly.
Obtain Return Authorization: Customer Service will provide a return authorization and provide a return address after verifying the information.
Ship Back: Please ship the product back to our warehouse as instructed. To ensure the safe delivery of the product, we recommend that you use a tracked mailing method. - Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
The refund will be refunded to the original account you paid, and the processing time is usually 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method. - Shipping Costs
Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to product quality issues or incorrect orders, we will bear the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the return shipping costs caused by personal reasons are borne by the customer.
Exchange shipping costs: The shipping costs required for the exchange are also borne by the customer, unless the exchange is caused by our error (such as sending the wrong product). - Refusal Policy
If you refuse to accept the package, the package will be returned to us and you will be required to pay the corresponding return shipping costs. If you want a refund, your return request will be processed after deducting the corresponding shipping costs. - Damaged or missing goods
